Cerberus Beach House located right on the water in the stunning setting of Half Moon Bay in Black Rock is the perfect venue for a wide range of events, including private parties, weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and meetings. We offer a delectable menu of modern Australian and seafood dishes in a natural location guaranteed to make you swoon.

FUNCTION INFORMATION

Minimum spend

For the exclusive use of the Cerberus Beach House, a minimum spend is required, including the room hire fee. A room hire fee is incurred when a minimum spend is not met.

Bookings and Deposits

Confirmation of your booking is required by paying a deposit fee to secure your booking date. All functions require a $500.00 deposit which is transferable but cannot be refunded. Tentative bookings will be held for 14 days.

Cancellations or Postponements

In the event of a cancellation, Cerberus beach house requires 6 weeks written notice.
Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the event will incur the cost of an amount equal to 75% of the function value.

Price Variations

A 15% surcharge will apply on public holidays.

Deposit Agreement

Deposit amount of $500

Responsibility and Liability

Cerberus beach house does not accept responsibility for damage or loss of property throughout the duration of the event. The hosts of the event are financially responsible for the damage to any fixtures and fittings or property of the restaurant.

Vacating

The premises must be vacated by the agreed time within reason.

Tablecloths
If you require tablecloths for your event, we can offer these at the cost of $150.

Noise control and objectionable persons
Management reserves the right to control the level of noise and music throughout the event and if at any time, management believes the event will be detrimental to the future operation of the restaurant or have any negative impact upon the reputation of the establishment, management reserves the right to cease service.

Management reserves the right to stop serving alcohol to intoxicated patrons and reserves the right to ask intoxicated or disorderly persons to leave.

FOOD AND DRINKS MENU

Drinks package

Includes choices of domestic and imported beers, premium wines and soft drinks.

Our wine list is constantly evolving when booking your event, we can discuss with you the current options available.

Beverage packages run for 5 hours, after which there is a charge of $10.00 pp for each additional hour. Therefore, the extra charge will be incurred if your event starts at 5:30 pm and you wish to continue serving until the end of the licensed hours. Our liquor license runs until 11:30 pm on Friday and Saturday and 11:00 pm Sunday to Thursday. Beverages may also be purchased on a consumption basis only.

Please consult us to arrange the appropriate timing for deliveries.

Liquor and BYO

No food or beverage can be brought into the venue without prior consent by the Cerberus beach house.
